Mobile notary FAQ
Where can a mobile notary meet my signer?
Anywhere convenient: their home, office, a coffee shop, or another location they choose.
How much notice do you need?
We prefer 24 to 48 hours for real estate signings, but we regularly accommodate rush and same-day orders.
What does my signer need to bring?
A current, valid government-issued photo ID. The notary will confirm any other requirements when scheduling.
Can the notary give legal advice about the documents?
No. Notaries can explain where to sign but cannot give legal advice. Questions about loan terms go to the lender or title company.
